- Free Shipping on Accessories Orders

We offer free standard shipping on all electric bicycle Accessories Orders within the contiguous United States. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, additional shipping fees may apply.

  • This policy applies to all 50 U.S. states (Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming).

  • Remote areas are excluded (including remote islands, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and postal codes designated as “remote” by carriers).


2. Delivery Timeframe

  1. Within the United States

    • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days (excluding order processing time and public holidays).

    • Order processing: usually within 1 business day.

  2. Other Countries & Regions

    • Standard delivery: within 45 days (excluding customs clearance or force majeure delays).


3. Exceptions

  • Delivery times may be extended due to extreme weather, carrier restrictions, customs inspections, or holiday peak seasons.

  • Delays or returns caused by incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, or no recipient available are the customer’s responsibility.


4. Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s official website or our tracking page.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an estimated delivery timeline in 3-5days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

- Shipping Methods

We use reputable shipping carriers such as FedEx to ensure your electric bicycle arrives safely and on time. 

- Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.

- Delivery Requirements

Upon delivery, someone will need to be present to sign for the package and inspect it for any damage. If you are unable to be present, please make arrangements for someone else to accept the delivery on your behalf.

- Damaged or Missing Items

If your electric bicycle arrives damaged or if any parts are missing, please contact our customer service team(DRIFT.SLIDE@outlook.com) immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
