1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 calendar days after the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused or lightly used and in its original condition.
• The product must include all original accessories, manuals, packaging, and included parts.
• The product must not have any damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain accessories, replacement parts, and used consumable products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return request, customers must contact our customer service team first:

• Photos or videos showing the product condition (if applicable)

Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions after approval.

Please do not send products back to the original shipping address or any address without receiving confirmation from DRIFT.SLIDE.

The correct return address will be provided by our customer service team via email after your return request has been approved.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in the following situations:

• Change of mind
• Ordered the wrong product
• No longer want the product
• Personal preference reasons

For large items such as electric bikes, customers may be responsible for the actual return shipping cost due to oversized shipping requirements.

DRIFT.SLIDE Responsibility

DRIFT.SLIDE will cover return shipping costs when:

• The product arrives damaged.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The wrong item was shipped.
• The product received does not match the order.

Customers must contact us within 7 days after delivery for damaged or incorrect items and provide supporting photos/videos.

4. Return Processing

After we receive your returned product, our inspection team will check the condition of the item.

The inspection process usually takes:

3–5 business days

After the return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

5. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be issued within:

5–10 business days after return approval

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by:

• Product defects
• Shipping damage
• Incorrect items sent by DRIFT.SLIDE

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

If you request cancellation after shipment:

• The order will be treated as a return.
• Return shipping fees may apply.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within:

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you need a different product, please return the original item according to this policy and place a new order separately.
